Kitty Stryker has been working on defining and creating a consent culture for over a decade. Based in Berkeley, CA, she is especially interested in bringing conversations about consent, critical thinking, and sustainable activism into everyday life. Kitty is an anarchist street medic, a social justice arcane trickster and a devoted cat mom.

Kitty edited Ask: Building Consent Culture, published by Thorntree Press in 2017. She authored Ask Yourself: The Consent Culture Workbook, released by Thornapple Press in 2023, and Say More: Consent Conversations for Teens in 2024. Love Rebels: How I Learned to Burn It Down Without Burning Out will be released in October 2025.
